Sorry I haven't been posting. I have been busy with some other stuff, and was having trouble with finding time to post. But I'm back.
Many FNAF 2 players will notice that in the animatronics' death minigames, as well as in Golden Freddy's, there is a purple man. Many players, after noticing that this figure was holding a phone in his hand. Those who noticed this connected the dots between this figure and the Phone Guy, the man who talks during the message played for you at the beginning of each night.
But there's something else going on here, too.
Believe it or not, there are 2 purple figures in the game:
The Purple Man shown in the Foxy death mini game seems to have what could be a smug smile on his face. I know I'm fantasizing, but once you get to the room full of children on the third try in the Foxy death mini game, they all appear to be dead. If the purple man in the Foxy death mini game is the murderer, that might explain the smug smile. This is what a crazy person would find pleasure in (Killing kids at a restaurant), and as we know from the previous back story of the Five Nights at Freddy's series, the killer is quite crazy.
Also, notice in the first picture, the purple man is not holding a phone, and in the second picture he is. Another thing to note here that might be important and might not be is that the Purple Man in the second picture has his mouth wide open, like he's speaking or something, which in my opinion, just further makes me believe that he is the Phone Guy. This is contrary to the man in the Foxy death mini game, where he is smiling and his mouth seems to be closed. The color of the eyes are different, as well. I don't think this is too important, but just in case, right? The man holding the phone has eyes that are white, and the man in the Foxy death mini game has black eyes.
This gives me the wild idea that you, Jeremy Fitzgerald, the player in FNAF 2, were an accomplice to the murder of the children. That would lead me to question who murdered the children who are now stuck inside of the animatronics.
But then again, let's say all of my reasoning is moot and does not make any sense whatsoever.
Then they're the same. Maybe that means that each of the animatronics remember the Purple Man differently.
Just my take on this.
What do you think?
